Therapy
Psychological therapy offers a place to explore challenges, growth, and stuck points in life. This can include mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other conditions, along with the challenges of everyday living that arise through work, relationships, health issues, trauma, grief and loss.

Therapeutic modalities include:
Mindfulness and compassion-based therapies
EMDR (Eye movement desenitisation and reprocessing)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
Attachment work and parts work
(including Internal Family Systems)
Somatic psychology and nervous system work
Therapeutic yoga and breathwork
iRest Yoga Nidra
How many sessions will I need?
Therapy work can be long or short-term, with short-term options more suited to building skills or working on a specific issue, whilst longer-term therapy allows the opportunity to dive deeper into long-standing patterns, explore early life experiences, and process difficult or traumatic life events.

Embodiment is the doorway home to yourself. It opens a path to healing and accepting all parts of yourself.
